As a licensed massage therapist and certified yoga teacher, Alyssa Young has spent over 4 years working with the human body. From her experience working with a traditional Chinese acupuncturist, as well as working with several college athletic teams, she has worked with clients from all walks of life. Upon her graduation from Healing Mountain Massage School, in Salt Lake City Utah, where she studied myofascial release technique, sports massage, trigger point, lymphatic drainage, Thai yoga massage, and acupressure, she began to practice a blend of these techniques to facilitate a holistic healing journey for her clients. Her goal is to uplift others by freeing them from pain so that they can continue to live the healthy active lives that they love.

Karla Cabalceta was born in Nicoya, Guanacaste, Costa Rica.
Did Elementary School at the Santa Marta School and finished high school at The Bocas de Nosara High School in 2003. Continuing studies as a therapist at the University College of Alajuela. In 2010, entered the Mandir School, to study Thai Massage, and graduated in Levels I, II and III with Master Itzhak Helman and instructor Bebe Marino. In 2011 she performed the main techniques in Mia Fasia Release, a very deep technique with Master Anthony McMorran. In 2018 admissions to the CR Corporal Physioesthetic Academy where she graduated with Dr. Francisco Leiton in Osteopathy and Chiropracy.

Mariel Cadet began her studies with a degree in nutrition but for lack of more depth she continued studying other areas such as Chinese medicine, massages and Pilates. In 2013 she went to Mexico to study Medical Biomagnetism, which led her to carry out more personalized therapeutic work. In this same process she learned techniques for emotional release, and obtained her degree as a yoga teacher, which allowed her to help heal the physical part taking into account food, movement and emotions. In recent years she has dedicated herself to studying nutrition from a functional and integrative medicine approach. Using nutrition to help people understand their bodies and feel better.
