Tierra Magnifica can accommodate up to 26 guests and is available as an exclusive weekly full-property rental for  families, groups, weddings, special events, meetings or retreats.

In 2012 Tierra Magnifica will have an additional king bed suite with private bath on the ground, (Common Area) level for those who cannot use stairs.  We will have 8 premium luxury rooms with private baths and 3 jungle bungalows

Rental is exclusively to one group at a time per week.  Rates include daily maid service, breakfast, afternoon signature appetizers and house wine, domestic beer and natural fruit drinks, on-site 24 hour staff and guest concierge. 

Partial weeks and Individual rooms are available with in 2 months of the date of travel if the week is not reserved, please call for availability and rates.

Added costs:

Custom prepared lunch ($15 per person, $7.50 for kids under 12) and dinner ($20 per person, $10.00 for kids under 12)

Full menu of spa services, $45 - $75

Morning Yoga class $15 per person, (minimum of 4 students per class)

Our cooking is always rated as a highlight of the Tierra Magnifica experience.  We welcome you to enjoy our delicious variety of fresh, locally grown menu options including vegetarian meals. Meals will be planned and prepared according to your group’s preferences and dietary needs.  Guests have the option of arranging meal service in one of the two ways: 

1) Per plate/per meal fee:
Lunch--$15 per adult and half price for kids under 12.  
Dinner--$20 per adult and half for kids under 12. 

2) Daily shopping for custom designed meals 
The more popular option is to have us shop for you and prepare custom lunches and dinners.  Total fee, including chef, is 30% of the grocery costs, which is a great value as our staff buys direct from the growers and shops every morning, saving you money and time as well as supporting the locals. This leaves you with nothing to do but enjoy your friends and family, the property, our natural surroundings, and the beach and forest offerings of Nosara!

Payment and terms

Payment can be made through direct bank deposit or with Master Card, American Express or Visa.  A 5% service fee will be charged for payment made with credit card. 

Rates are based on up to 14 adults.  Additional adults and kids 12 years old and older are $700 per week.

Please note that Tierra Magnifica is a private villa rental and is staffed with our guest services manager and  kitchen and house keeping service providers.  Tierra Magnifica does not allow guests or outside service providers on the property who are not registered on the reservation.  Inviting additional guests or hiring outside service providers must be approved by the management in advance and may incur an additional facility fee.

The weekly reservation rental fee does not include special events or parties that include outside guests, please consult with our reservations manager for fees applicable for these types of events and facility use.   

Guests are not permitted to buy their own food and beverages and use the kitchen or bar facilities without approval in advance from our reservations manager, and such use may include an additional fee.
